The National Museum in New Delhi which is popularly called the National Museum of India is one of the biggest museums to be established in India. Shankar’s International Doll Museum was founded in 1965 with 1000 dolls by K. Shankar who was a very famous political cartoonist. It is located at Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg in New Delhi and currently being considered to be as one of the largest doll museum across the globe with 6500 dolls amongst 85 countries provided with the international cartoon characters.
